ive got 94 wrx, is there any way of putting speakers bigger than the standard one`s on the back shelf?

maybe stating the obvious but uk cars had 6x9 cutout in the parcel shelf but i don't know about the imports....

I havent measured but i thought the cut-outs were smaller than 6x9's on uk models?

The holes are slightly smaller than 6x9 but you can fit 6x9's in from the top with a spacer or just bolt them to the shelf from underneath.

They are slightly smaller than 6x9 - some 6x9s fit, others don't.
