The Focals are the best value for money at £115 but if you are looking at £150, go have a listen to the The Genesis p16 profile range, they are made in england and very very good.
I dont think you would be disappointed with either.
the rears I wouldnt spend any vast amount of money on, doing it all again I think I would consider not replacing them at all. And spending more money up front or putting it towards a amplifier.
cheers
Peter

Re: parcel shelf - I've spliced some infinity 605cs's into my parcel shelf (MY02). Driven off a Phoenix Gold amp, it suddenly gives you nice sounds from the back - well worth doing, and much better results than doing the back doors (although I've left pioneer magnesium cone things in the back doors as extra fill).
Haven't heard the focals or the genesis, but have got some Kenwood Dual Mag Components in the front (think I paid nearly £150, they're often £200), which IMHO are a lot better than the inifinity's.
Edit cause I got an accidental smiley - rearcel shelf doesn't help much!
