Kenwood Head into MY01 dont go

Can anyone enlighten me with how much to cut round the facia, I dont want to cut any more out the only prob is the suround wont fit properly due to the angle of the centre console.

Eh? You shouldn't have to trim anything. The head unit should have a removable plastic frame at the front.
if it isn't, take it back as it ain't suitable for your car. if you bought on-line, you've got 7 days to return it under the distance selling act...

Which Kenwood headunit are you trying to fit ? I fitted my single din unit slightly behind the silver trim and used a cd bin to take up the space beneath the unit. I didn't cut the trim.

Its the Kenwood mp3 7090 i think anyways i have the bin underneath and ive hacked away to try and fit the suround i take it i should of mounted it behind the silver facing without putting on the black suround
