Connect a clarion head set with 13 pin plug to a kenwood KDC-c465 multiplayer 13 pin?

Don't think so mate,

You cannot mix a different H/U with a different make of CD Changer, because of software and connection issues.

It is poss to mix some HU & changers. Search should bring up some relevant posts. Might also be worth checking with a company like Autoleads.

No. Different protocols, different timings, different usage of pins.

It is technically possible, but you'd need to make a bit of electronic trickery that translated between the two.
