I've been offered some quality AV Pioneer gear by a friend. He's just sold his car and doesn't want to put it all into his new one, hence has offered me first refusal on it.
I've seen it all up and running and was seriously impressed, however I'm not sure how much to be paying for it
It's a Pioneer AVM8000 AV Master unit, a AVX7300 screen and a XDV-P9-II 6 Disc DVD Changer, along with the assorted cabling. It's all about 14 months old and apparently cost him nearly £2,500 new.
Any thoughts on price? Had a look on eBay and mcs-direct etc, but couldn't find anything comparable.

You have to start somewhere so say £1250 .. half the price. .. then see if he says "f*ck off you cheeky get" ... if he doesnt ... bargain.. if he does... keep on raising until about £1750....

Thanks chaps
After thinking about it for a few hours I've decided to pass anyway - don't spend enough time in the car to get the usage out of this gear.
If anyone else is interested in the stuff let me know and I'll pass on your offer
Cheers
