In a word, no. You might find that connects2 make an adaptor, but being honest I think you're best off replacing the head unit itself with something a little better.

Nick's right. If you've got a Philips (IIRC) DC732, basically a Philips d2b protocol head unit, you can get an adaptor but you'll be much better off junking the OE head unit and replacing it with even an entry level Sony.
