anyone know the subaru (or autoleads, if they do one) part no. for putting in a single din Alpine into my double din space in a my99 sti5 ?

Ian, if you mean the part number for the "pocket" to go below a single DIN headunit it is - 66128AE000 (POCKET-CENTRE DASH), if Subaru are out of stock i have quite a few

They also do one with a "flap" on it - dunno if this is the same. I'll let you know when I pick it up tomorrow

You have two choices either the blanking plate with "Subaru" embossed in it (cheaper) or the storage pocket (more expensive).

all done !
fitted an autoleads FP 006 universal Din sized tray, holds 3 cd's.
