removing headunit on MY03?

Hi all
After suffering the joys of the MY03 OEM stereo for a week
I think its time for a change, anyone got any tips / pics for removing it?

Release the cup holder to full length. Please thumb and forefinger of each hand to the 1cm ish gaps down the side of the cupholder, and pull. The facier is retained with push clips so nothing needs to be unscrewed until you get inside. Once you are in, a few screws and you're done.
