Considering fitting my MP3 control unit under the passenger seat.
Anything under the carpet that I should not be drilling into. I will only be using 1/2" self tappers.

Unless you know exactly what's been done to the car, check first. Sorry, but someone might have put alarm cables under there, or anything. You should be clear on the base of the car, but god only knows what's under the carpet. Do check under the car too, just to be fully sure.

You should be clear if it's standard, but I'd personally check.

Question

Thanks, therefore all that's left is instructions/precautions for the passenger seat removal, yes it is UK spec and yes it's standard.

Passenger seat removal is easy - there's four bolts. Most difficult bit is removing the trim from the back two bolts, and that's not difficult.
