Double DIN conversion...finally completed

Concerning the Euro Impreza interior to Japanese conversion, sorry to bother you again, but I'm just happy that's it's done now for good. I still had problems inserting the double DIN unit because of this S-shaped metal piece inside the dash. I removed it and now everything's perfect.
So for all of you that want to see it again, below some pics :

And the 2 headlamp buttons are here now (I disposed of the bright button.....still don't regret it....)

How much did it cost for the parts to do the conversion? And did you get them from a dealer?
