Whilst you'd be much better off with one of these ;-) combined with our newly launched Audi adaptor that allows the Dension DMP3 to look like a CD Changer to your head unit, Soundlinx do an auxin adaptor for Audi. Basically it t's off the existing changer wiring and you flip a switch while a disk's spinning to pump audio from the aux input into the head unit.

Also worthwhile checking out Dietz who IIRC offer a similar thing but it replaces the manual switch with some circuitry that senses the power on from the aux-in device.
