Get some sound deadening sheeting ( cheap ) and place over plastic sheeting. This should cure the prob. I have just upgraded and i think i will have the same problem as you. A sub box just shows up all the rattles !!!

Leave the sheeting alone its there for a purpose.
my method was to purchase some 1" thick sheet foam and cut it to suit - its placed between the door and interior panel, a tight fit and as a result gets rid of the vibrations.

Some Dynamat damping material (or similar) on the doorskins helps reduce vibration of the door skin, and helps make the sounds weightier and tighter - Thanks AdamM!.
I must get round to doing Lee's mod with the foam to stop the waterproof membrane buzzing though....
Cheers,
Alex
