upgraded stock to pioneer 3 way. any suggestion of a better upgrade?

 

to coin a phrase, you don't need much in the rear. Stick with what you've got, and if you want more, add a sub.

 

i added a sony sub and amp it was crap in a bigger car, 6x9's the only way to go!

 

If you added a sub and amp and it sounded "crap", you got something wrong...

But it's a good point - what do you actually want to achieve? What's your music tastes? What's your budget?

 

I tried rear fill speakers in my STI-V, but it was a complete waste of money and time, you are far better off going with decent Components up front and a good Amp and Sub setup imho.

Depends tho on what you really want at the end of the day

 

Everyones taste is different. My kids love rear fill.
