All sorted now. Ordered from an incredibly helpful chap at Just Kenwood.
Very cheap, just £4.95 for the cage and £1.95 for the bezel inc postage
He wasn't sure whether the bezel was entirely correct but said he'll take it back if it doesn't fit.
