only hiccup when I ordered Alpine and Panasonic H/U's was a lack of notification that Panasonic's were out of stock. Otherwise seem reliable to me

With anything you order on-line its good practice to ring them and check its in stock first.
Cheers.

I've dealt with them recently. One of the bits was out of stock, so they didn't ship any of the order. They did call me to let me know, but it would have been nice to know the stuff wasn't in stock before I ordered it. Suppose it did save two delivery charges.

Yes, it might be a good idea to phone them before ordering, but IMHO that kinda defeats the whole point of online shopping.

Thanks ... guess what ... had a call today from MCS saying the unit was out of stock. At least they called, can't ever recall getting a call from dabs or amazon :\, so plus point to MCS. So am hoping they get delivery later this week and I get the unit early next week.

Thumbs down

i waited a long time for my pioneer unit (which was out of stock) and then even longer for a refund when it didn't fit.
