Got these on mine from the last GB.

2 minutes to fit, look and work fantastic.

First few times you open the bonnet, remember they are on, else you'll end up chinning yourself.

Do you have to drill fixing holes for these?

When's payment due? I'll take a set in red if it's OK to pay at the end of the first week in September? For Blobeye STI.

Try watching this video fast forward to around 2.50 mins if you don't like comedy and banter

Lol at the 'Cheryl the slag' digs. (Reminds me of Blackadder and Lady Hamilton). FAF

Is this 'Cheryl' one of their colleagues' other half, or something?

I think Cheryl is a made up person, but if you watch early videos it seemed to have started with Moog saying Marty had dated her.

I've just thought...

Would they resist the bonnet flying up at speed (if the bonnet was accidentally left off the latch)? Or at least slow its progress down, thus mitigating the potential damage?

It's so, then quite apart from the convenience they offer, that aspect in itself is worth the asking price all day long.

...I'm talking crap.

Of course they will! The bonnet isn't free to flip all the way backwards, because the struts are effectively 'tethers'. Awesome - peace of mind and all that.
