Default Anyone fancy doing a GB on 18" alloys?

I want to get some 18" Inovit Tarmac alloys with Toyos - anyone else in the market for some Inovit alloys? Maybe someone is already planning a GB, otherwise if there is interest I could do some legwork in finding some prices (nned to know what you want), but they will be Inovit only unless the dealer allows various makes.

Just did a quick call to one company and got a price of £730 delivered to your door - this is for 4 x 18" Inovit Tarmac alloys wrapped in Toyos 225/40/18. They are throwing in locking nuts and delivery. Need 5 buyers for this price. I'll be checking some more when I get the time.

You can get them for under £600 if you make do with Falken/Kumho or whatever it is they give as standard. I proced up the Toyos on their own from my usual place and they were about £107 a corner. So as you say - this price is pretty good as I can't find the alloys on their own for much less than £400.

you can probably get the Rota GRA's for that sort of money if you ask for a group buy

Not sure they would drop from £950 (£799 + £150 for Toyo upgrade) for GB. Also, Rota's are that much better than Inovit?

Here's the Tarmac's:
4x 18 Inch Inovit Tarmac Gunmetal Alloy Wheels With 225/40/18 Tyres - Topgear Alloy Wheels

This is not where I got the earlier price by the way, but I am waiting for the guy to return on Friday to speak to.

Not sure what Toyos they were, I assumed Proxies.

They look very nice. I will defintely ask, but I'm on a tight budget and I doubt they'll drop to the same as Inovit prices.

I'll make sure I ask about having a general Inovit GB rather than just Tarmacs

I have just spoken to Scoobybits and they are going to get me some prices on the Rota GRAs with Toyos. The more I hear, the more I think Rotas are money better spent, but the price needs to be good for me to be able. Will update this thread once I get some info.

Stealth - if you want to help out on this thread and get prices for Rotas too, please feel free as I am juggling work issues and trying to get some new alloys - not easy.

Hey nice one guys!
Hopefully we can get some good prices if we work together.
I know if you buy innovit wheels direct from their website they are quite cheap but they don't offer a toyo tyre package online.

I need to get some wheels that clear brembos...lol

Cheers

I got the same prices for the Rota GRA from the same place

Am I right in thinking a 2005 WRX would need 18x7.5 ?

you can go up to 8.5" if you use a different offset to normal I believe

I might be interested if the price is good and I can find a Rota rim that I like which fits my 03 sti.
What offset fits my car?? And which rims give the correct clearance for the brembo brakes?

Cool. I'm just looking to get some 18's at the moment.

I'm going for the Rota GRA's (18x7.5 5x114.3 PCD ET48 in gold) - I think they look better than the Inovit equivalent and they are much lighter too.

The group buy prices look very good so count me in for a set with the Falken FK452 tyres.

I would be in if we can get the numbers together.

Shall we start a list, see what sort of numbers/price we are looking at?

It would be good to add GB prices for just the alloys.

The prices are way above my budget, but if we get enough people then I might twist my own arm to get there
