GB closes at Noon tomorrow. All deposits to be paid before then.
I'll back out of this one after a few conversations with "certain people" and the fact that I'd rather pay the extra 16 pounds for the extra 2 years warranty!
Good luck Guys!

Russel: The 'extra' 2 years warranty doesn't cover the bulbs, which make up the biggest part of the costs.
for example:
Bi kit = £113+post
Bulbs = £75 (at GB rates)
Amount covered by extra warranty = £38
Then take out costs of returning the kit (assume the same rate of postage) = £22
In reality the "Extra" warranty covers only £16 of the kit, for which you are charged an extra £16 for.
Personally wouldn't pay £1000 on warranty cover on a £1000 telly
No worries though. Its all the same kit, so no doubt you'll be happy whichever way you go.

Should anybody want any spare bulbs at reduced cost, please let me know asap.
Worth buying as spares so you dont have to wait for replacements.
Need to know by tomorrow morning.
Cheers,
Bob

Good News! Kits have landed
Unless anybody is in a particular rush, I will get these sent out on Fri/Sat.
AsianGunner: Haven't recieved payment from you yet. If I dont have cleared payment by Friday I will assume you have backed out and sell the kit on (you will lose your deposit).
Frayz: Received the 1st cheque, just awaiting the 2nd.
Bully: Payment received
WillGill: Payment received
Cheers Gents.

I nearly ordered a H4 fitment as i checked some online fitment guides which said an 02 WRX STI Prodrive used them. I had a feeling they didn't because the main beam stays on when putting full beam on so i went and checked.
Main beam was H1 and i think full beam was HB3 or something like that. Hope that helps.

No they are different to mine. Here's mine. Ignore the upside down badge, paint shop put it on the wrong way after having stone chips repaired, fixed now though
Look similiar but without the tinted cover. Mine have 4 holders, Main light, Full beam light, side light and indicator.
Easiest way is to take the bulb out as mine had H1 wrote on it

Easy enough to fit. Allow 2-3hours for first time fit.
Single bulbs are main beam or dipped only. You would need 2 kits if you have this bulb type on your car and wish to have HID for main beam and dipped.
Bi bulbs are combined main beam and dipped.
The ones that you will need will be decided by what you have on your car now. For example....a classic with a H4 combined bulb would need a Bi kit.
I'll get some pics up of my install later.

BIG difference.
I will check the beam pattern against an OE HID system and take some pics.
Lights up the road well and seems under control. The light starts a bit further down the road than an OE HID system, although that is on another car.
