Default Goodyear Eagle F1's - gauging interesting

I'm due for another 2 on the front kind of about NOW and I noticed a few other people after some soon too.

Anyone interested in a group buy, I think they come in at £103 (215/40/17) for the GSD3's, maybe we can get this down to £80-£90 some how

Add ya name, and we'll see how many we can get and i'll start phoning suppliers

1). UHF x 2

The last group buy I did was 40 knocklinks and about 30 lambda links, despite it going to plan I'm only in this one if we can wrap it up in just over a week so if its do-able rooferman should probably been included

UHF x 2 (215/40/17)
Wooosh x 4 (please give sizes)
rooferman x 4 (please give sizes) - 2 weeks max!

Just noticed they're on special offer on Black Circles, at £99.95 before fitting, still damn expensive though!

I have contatced Black Circles, thier website seems to support promotion codes, the idea will be to get a price/quantity agreement and then get everyone to use the website with a specific promotion code, we'll see what they have to say in the morning.

Anyone got any better ideas, has this been done before?

A promotion code sounds like the best bet as Black circles have outlets through-out the country so we wouldn't need to go down the delivery road. The same would be nice for any other companies....mytyres etc.

Edited to say that mytyres.co.uk are doing the F1 GSD3s for £90.90p inc. P&P.

I'm after 2 (215/45/17) as well - as long as the price is right! I think mine would cost about £93 from MyTyres.

I got a mail back from them saying that they may be able to arrange something as long as the quantities are there, unfortunately i've pulled out as one of my tyres is severely worn and I dont want to risk the 3 points and danger for the sake of what may only be a £20 saving. But i'll keep on the group buy and see what I can arrange for the rest of ya or hand it over once its running.

1 - Wooosh x 4 (215/40/17)
2 - rooferman x 4 (please give sizes) - 2 weeks max!
3 - KEVWRX95 x 4 (215/40/17)
4 - dave813 x 2 (215/45/17)

Total - 14

CataIunya... You found out how much you can organise them for yet mate??

I am VERY desperate to get these, as one tyre must be getting extremely close to the legal limit!!

1 - Wooosh x 4 (215/40/17)
2 - rooferman x 4 (please give sizes) - 2 weeks max!
3 - KEVWRX95 x 4 (215/40/17)
4 - dave813 x 2 (215/45/17)
5 - scooby-si x 4 (235/40/17)
6 - RS Grant x 2 (**205/40/17)

** This the correct size for P1 17's on a MY99 with Prodrive Handling Pack?? Just that nobody else has ever mentioned 205's, normally 215's?!

Cheers,
Grant

I just said 215 as thats what fits my rims, they are not prodrive ones.

Like I said, i'm not in this anymore as i'm getting some locally £210 fitted tomorrow. They were too far gone.

I do have some on order from Mytyres for £90.60 but they said 1 week and I really couldnt wait, apparently i've got to tell the delivery driver to take them back as although its a week away I cant cancel, very strange.

So if anyone wants a pair of 215/40/17's and can collect from enfield area then they can take these on June 10th if I get payment in advance or a deposit, will save you waiting, otherwise i'll tell the driver to go back!

1 - Wooosh x 4 (215/40/17)
2 - rooferman x 4 (please give sizes) - 2 weeks max!
3 - KEVWRX95 x 4 (215/40/17)
4 - dave813 x 2 (215/45/17)
5 - scooby-si x 4 (235/40/17)
6 - RS Grant x 4 (2 x 215/40/17 and 2x 235/45/17)

Up to 22 Tyres now...

I will go for 215's on the front then, unless I cant put 215's on the front and continue to run 205's on the back for some technical reason!?

Cheers,
Grant

I need 4x 225 45 ZR17 and the best price I have is £105 each corner fitted, so if anyone can beat this within the next 10 days then I'm definately in.

Question

What about 16"?

I'd be interested in 4 x 205/50/16 if you can get me a price better than £86 @ mytyres

I said this on the last group buy for these, but I got 4 GSD03s, fitted, balanced etc for £84 a corner at Brittania tyres in Coventry - they are pretty much always the cheapest (that I could find anyway) on Goodyears, even from the net.
Thats for 205/50/16s by the way.
