Thumbs up DEFI BF Gauge GB – gauging interest!

Have been in touch with a supplier who can provide the following gauges from the Defi BF range:

Defi BF Turbo gauge - £119
Defi BF Oil Pressure gauge - £136
Defi BF Oil Temperature gauge - £104
BF Exhaust Gas Temp - £138
BF Water Temp - £104
BF Fuel Press - £138
Defi-Link Control Unit II - £60

Link for pictures: http://www.defi-shop.com/product/bf/bf_top.html

Now as you all know these are the daddies when it comes gauges and really will look the absolute biz in your car.

With reference to time frame I’m in no major rush but would expect to have this deal wrapped up in about 4-8 weeks dependent on interest.

So what do you think?

If your want put your name down please feel free to and remember this is just gauging interest so far (sorry for the pun!).

Cheers,

Chris.

The defi housing is coming in at a cool 170bucks which is a tad on the expensive side for me but if you require one it can be added to the price of the GB.

Cheers,

Chris.

£170! That is a bit much for me too, I have seen it for alot less elsewhere.

Just the gauges and control unit then!

Thumbs up

I just bought the Defi Gauges and Control Unit from RCM. Got the Carbon Fibre Pod with it too. When they arrived....I was Gob Smacked by the quality....SIMPLY AWESOME.

Shame this GB didnt take-off earlier. I just spent £700 for the 3 gauges....Boost, Oil Temp and Oil Pressure, Control Unit II and the Carbon Fibre Pod.

if you guys can save anything on these....then Dont waste anytime..

I'll post piccies of them installed when XtremeScoobies fit them for me...together with Apexi Turbo Timer, few other goodies and an Interim Service....AGAIN LOL

Aceman_uk - Saw some of these installed in duSTi's car at Japfest....look awesome! and as you say, the quality is great! Could you let me know how much they charge to fit them as I don't think I will be trying it myself.

Been wanting some for a while, but was hoping a Group Buy would come along soon that I could hop-in on!

Just spoken to "Nolsey" @ Xtreme. They would be interested in doin a Install of these Gauges bearing in mind ..It can take up to 3 hrs per install depending upon wiring etc etc etc....

BlairC

You can contact XtremeScoobies on 01245363623 and mention the GroupBuy and that Installations maybe required....Alternatively all those interested in GB can contact Nolsey direct.

Hope that HELPS....

Smile roll up, roll up get your Defi gauges here!

Guys,

Good to hear that theres some interest out there for these gauges as they really are the best on the market just now (IMHO!).

With regard to the group buy fitting @ Xtreme, I would personally not be going for it as it`s a bit of a drive for me, I live in Aberdeen in Scotland.
If one of you guys closer to Xtreme would like to look in to that side of the GB that would be great and maybe get a price when we have a better idea of numbers.

SirFozzalot - excellent work on tidying things up, so good in fact you`ve just been voted GB Secretary!!!!!!

Keep the names coming.

Cheers,

Chris.

Cool come on you know you want to!!!

Sunyue,

No that price is just for the three gauges, and the control unit - fitting is up to yourself to organise.

IPalmer,

I`m afraid that the group buy is only for the 60mm Defi BF range of gauges (i.e the pics in SirFozz post). Which in my opinion look a whole lot better than the white background gauges, what do you think?

To confirm - This price should be approx the all in price that people will have to pay. For those people who have shown interest I will contact via e-mail/PM to confirm the price and how this group buy will progress once more clear.

Ok...so far we have interest from:

1. BlairC
2. SirFozzalot
3. Sunyue
4. elgordano
5. Boxerflat4

I think he means $170 which at the current exchange rate is about £1.50 !

I'm very interested in the gauges, pod and fitting, try to offer a package for the lot, then we dont have to worry about anything.

Wink

Wild Mark,

Don`t you mean get me to organise everything for you so you don`t have to do a thing !!! LOL. With regard to fitting I`m sure I can leave that minor matter in your hands as timing and location are mayor barriers in the way of getting a GB on fitting organised.
I`ve got a price for the Defi pod for the new age impreza which will cost £90 and I`ll be able to get a price for the Defi Pod for the classic shape hopefuly tomorrow. Note - this pod will require painting.

Sunyue,

See above note and the price quoted will include P&P.

Cheers,

Chris.
