Default Subaru Impreza seat heated kits

Subaru Impreza heated seat kits

I've been thinking bout fitting heated seats to my car for a while now, and i've finally started to search around for a suplier, and have decided to do a group buy.

I know these kits fit classic Impreza's and i'm quite sure they fit newage imprezas aswell, i know they don't fit after 2010 reg.

The kits contains, 2 heated seat switches, and 4 x carbon fibre heated pads with wiring, the switches normally sell for £25 used, this is a brand new kit

Will need at least 20 for a group buy, just gauging interest before going any further

Price will roughly be £55 per kit delivered

Subaru impreza turbo seat middle's are glued so not sure how they would fit with out leaving cover loose or having the pad show through the seat base as the base cover and foam is all in one piece and has no bars or hog rings to keep cover in place

Hi no there will be no retail packing as for instructions they don't provide them as these kits are for professional installation. Although I will be voting my own, with the use of Google ;-)

I'm not sure mate but there will be a way around it.

Heated seat kits can be fitted to any car, if you google it I'm sure you will find the answer

I've retrimmed seats before and wasn't that hard although needed a hand, can't see it being a massive job although you would need a basic knowledge of electrics or know a company who can fit these

I personally have no idea, i will be in same situation as you guys, these will come with no instructions as there not mean't for the DIY market, just after market parts, and are recommended to be installed by professional

Although as mentioned i will be trying to do my own, learn as i go

You sure bud the dccd switch is different to electric window switches, on the classic's 1996-2000 the dccd switch and the heated seat switches are blanked off with coin holders

See picture, black ring is where dccd switch goes, yellow ring is where heated seat switches go

Hi mate you had me thinking then lol just Checked and took a photo. The wide track had the updated dash with revised centre console. Dccd switch only in centre with no other blank buttons. Mirror buttons moved to drivers arm rest.
See pic.
Shame as I'd lurve heated seats but not possible

Aren't there any available switch blanks on the dash, by the driver's right knee?
