Japspeed pipes?
Hi all,
Doing a general renewal of pipes in the engine bay as some of them are hard/cracking/bulging and the top radiator coolant pipe in particular is bulging at each end. Scoobyworld want ~£90 ish for a top and bottom radiator pipe, but I found these on ebay for £40:

Still new to Scoobys so don't know good from bad with aftermarket brands, anyone know if Japspeed pipes are ok? I'm not running any serious mods or power, just want something reasonable and not crap, OEM quality is probably fine. They're so cheap I was thinking I'd do the lot and buy this:

Hmm does anyone recommend any good ones? I'm not trying to be cheap, happy to spend money on good bits but £90 for 2 pipes seems a bit extreme?

Silicone hoses are silicone hoses... if its the same ply and thickness there isn't much else to it. Yes Samco may have better fit or quality control and yes this is obviously a good thing. But their prices are crazy! I did samco originally but now when i replace things I just used generic silicone hoses from the likes of ASH (auto silicone hoses) via ebay. So much cheaper... If its a serious build then maybe you want the best. but I am sure you will be ok with the cheaper ones.

Cheers for the input, it's not even a build it's basically stock just needs some bits renewing so thought I'd do them all. Will look for a good deal then. I'll fit the top hose and assuming it doesn't turn into cheese and there's no leaks I'll fit the rest!
