Default Differents in Oil pumps for stroker build

Im hoping some one can tell me the differents in the following oil pumps and point me in the right direction for my build.
RCM Modified Oil Pump
RCM High Flow Modified Oil Pump 12mm
RCM High Flow Modified Oil Pump 11mm

I understand that the genuine oil pump at sustained High RPM use may cause oil starvation at the rod and main bearings. also that the 12mm gear increase volume by 20% and i think 11m is by 10%.

What else is their to look at when finding the right one for my build?
Im going to be looking at around 400-500bhp.

You want to consider
How much oil the engine will circulate
As going for a bigger pump can sometimes be damaging

So for instance a standard build with no oil cooler running non AVCS heads say STi V3 heads and say an oil catch can that returns to sump for arguments sake. Stick with a good quality 10mm

Lets say you are running a 16 row cooler ect and the car is driven hard goto a 11mm

Running a stroker with AVCS heads and zillion row oil cooler ect go for a 12mm.

So 12 is not better than 10....it is just down to what spec the engine is and how much oil it needs to shift arround and to a degree how abused it is as well.

(I am currently about to have a an 11mm put into a 2.1 CDB stroker, running non AVCS heads with a 16row cooler and a vent to atmosphere catch can. That is driven very very hard on most outings)

Hope this helps
