Default Arc intercooler without remap?

I've got my arc intercooler and was wondering what people's thoughts were on fitting it to my v2 without a remap?

If it hadn't been mapped yet, I don't think it would be a problem. And your ECU will adapt the little difference.

But to gain anything from this upgrade I would do it, but only together with some other mods so you really feel the difference.

My standard one is worse for wear so anything would be better.
