I am struggling to find software or a diagnostics tool to connect to my

Japanese import Subaru legacy b4 Rsk twin turbo year 1999

I have a vag-com cable and obd2 to USB for windows software

I have tried Free Ssm version 1.2.5 without any luck

Also movi pro on apple mac book without any luck

If anyone has any info on this it would be very much appreciated.
