As above people as i know there made by blouch.

As above Blouch 2.5XT-R "Polka Pickle" is similar to the SC46,only Scoobyclinic using their own 7CM or 7.5CM own exhaust housing,but both turbo has been developed by Blouch and Scoobyclinic together
