Hi

A 10w-50 is ideal if it's driven hard or heavily modified.

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-659-10w-50.aspx

Those are really good oils, absolute top of the range ones, so go with any brand preference you have.

A 10w-40 is a better choice for normal use

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-657-10w-40.aspx

The best ones are the Gulf Competition, Motul 300V, Redline and Millers CFS. As a cheaper alternative the Fuchs XTR, Motul 6100, Shell HX7 and Millers Trident are good choices.

Cheers

Tim

Tim, I am just looking at ordering from your site as we speak! My 03 blob STI is about 370bhp

I have ordered the millers CFS 5w-40 Competition Full Synthetic Engine Oil, I paid the extra £9.90 for quick ship, hopefully it will be with my Friday ? Ah **** I forgot to enter the code SCOOBY for 10% off
