Default dump valve delete on vf43

Used to run my old classic with it blanked off, and preferred way car drove, felt more responsive between gears. Assumed i couldnt do it on newage as vf series turbo's dont like it.

But mate was telling me you can with vf43 as its ball bearing design

any thoughts/experiences?
