Default ACT release bearing

ACT clutch users, do you use the supplied ACT release bearing or use an alternative I.e. OEM release bearing?

I'm about to fit an ACT clutch, not sure wether to use the supplied release bearing as they don't get good reviews over on NASIOC

Thanks
Harry
