Default Running Rough part 2!!!

OK, thought I'd sorted it last night but turns out I didn't.

OK, a breather on my inlet pipe was broken and leaking despite trying to bodge a temp repair. So I took the manifold off, swapped everything over to another manifold and fitted a new silicon inlet pipe. Started it up yesterday and it ran rough. I asked on here and was advised to check the Idle control valve, did that and found one of the bolts was only pinch tight. Ran it and drove it and it ran a treat.
This morning the battery was flat (Has been on charge all weekend whilst I worked on it). Run OK, drove to work when I noticed at about 2k it was hesitating. So I went out to it an hour before I finished work and it started fine. Went back to it once I'd finished and the battery was flat again .
So jump started it with some leads and drove it home. It got progressively worse, hunting and felt like the whole car was shaking at traffic lights.
I can't see anything wrong, looking at the car. The only thing I can think is there's a small green electrical connector underneath the manifold just under the ICV with 2 breather pipes to it. I forgot to file away the paint on the lug to make sure this had an earth if required.
The whole engine bay smell's of fuel, and so did one of the plugs when I took it out.

I've obviously connected something incorrectly, or not connected it.

Pipe onto the turbo is fine, breather pipes connected as they should be. Leads connected up right.

I'm wondering if an injector is leaking. Whats the best way to find out? Everything is coming back off until I know what's causing it.

If the plug smells of fuel and its shaking at idle it sounds like a mis fire.
Check coil pack ht leads etc

If your battery is fubar, or the alternator isn't charging correctly this can lead to running problems. I'd get that resolved first and then start looking at other components that could be causing your issues.

Coil pack looks OK. I remembered to file the paint off of its mounts to make sure it earthed. Leads were unplugged during manifold change but were connected up ok.

Hmm, alternator was off whilst changing the manifold. What would cause the alternator to stop working properly
