Noob question

Hi guys

what is that square looking thing in front of the radiator, can I spray paint it cos some paint peeled off...

Mate you need to put up a bigger image and also an under bonnet image so we can see.

Yes you can, I did mine 18 months ago.
You'll need an acid etch primer if the paint has totally peeled off.
