what Y pipe to get?
Hi all, I purchased a y pipe from eBay but did not realise it was intended to be used on a larger aftermarket intercooler..
Does anyone have any recommendations of what Y pipe to get for the standard intercooler? I have seen some silicone ones that use the standard bits that bolt into the IC but was unsure if they would be any good?!
Car is 56 plate 2.5 Hawkeye.
Thanks.

Should fit but don't forget that if needed you can 'trim' the ends
I got one of these which fitted well but it's bloody hard to get the turbo end on because of lack of flex but went on in the end and worked as intended.

Went for the silicone one and fitted ok. needed to be slightly trimmed/modified but ended up working just fine. as for improvement.. initially noticed a slight gain in spool up but sure after a week I will not notice it.
All counts when planning to have it remapped soon.
thanks, Fuzz
