Default Perrin intake pipe throwing up check engine light?

Just fitted my new perrin intake pipe to my 08 wrx whilst i am waiting for my cosworth induction kit to be delivered.
Fitted it last night took it out and it put up a engine warning light + the cruise light is flashing + traction control light on.
Any way i ran out of daylight so had a look this morning checked all pipes then found a electrical connection was not on below the intercooler, fixed this reassembled everything checking as i went disconnected the negative battery terminal for 10 mins but the lights are still there .

Any help please!

You'll probably need an obd2 reader to put the lights out.

Disconnecting the battery won't do it in a newage impreza either a code reader or sometimes start the car a few times with the fault rectified and it'll go out.
