Default Dump valve

Hi guys, I want to replace my aps bov with a forge Motorsport 1 but not sure which 1 to get, can any1 advise me also running aps 725 fmic cheers stugsey

i have a forge vta brand new its the one that fits into a silicon pipe not a flange fitting one


45.00 plus postage

not really if u use correctly sprung valve the running issues are a bit of a false myth and tbh real reason for running vta is the sound i have run them on every turbo car ive had and never had an idle issue yet
several subarus/several vauxhalls and a couple of fords

It will affect the mixture though, you cannot argue with that. You are venting metered air and the ecu still deliver the corresponding amount of fuel. But some of this air has been vented, the mixture will be fuel rich. This can cause bore wash which has it's own issues.

Whatever you believe about vta dump valves, the above info is fact.

Maybe lots of people over the last 13 years just post up thier stories to Wind people up
