I need urgent help with identifying an engine type from the serial number.

The serial number is 447936443xxx and the picture looks like an EJ20 or EJ22 .

Due to many models I need to confirm this engine may be possible to replace my trusty EJ18E.

I really hope this engine is a direct replacement option .

Is there a white sticker and bar code on the center timing cover, just to the left and below the front pulley ?
That will tell you the exact engine designation.
Posting some pictures up of the engine would help too.

I have basically bought this motor :

A885055 is stamped on chassis of motor just above Clurch / flywheel fitting.
EJ20 is on Engine case.

There is a"305 EK" on the side in line with the left most pullry.
Serial number:447936443xxx
Also RTR60-35 underneath this is
0224
