Yes its correct too for 2001 Bug WRX,there is no difference between Blob and bug WRX(only difference is on JDM WRX, because those have AVCS)

I got a pinout before I read your replies, from north Australia.com, it was for a us spec 2002-2003 impreza wrx, was sort of right! Some colours and positions are way off! Managed to do what I needed to do though, used a multimeter to ping out the wires. Thanks jura

Jura, I have put an AEM piggy back on my 03 blob wrx, totally standard settings just now and runs as factory. Plan is to data log boost and voltages from maf and map signals along with AFR then start to tweake it. First with std turbo and injectors then with a 20g and 550's. Will probably start a build thread, my fear is people will jump on the "why dont you just get it remapped?" bandwaggon and miss the point of what im doing, diy live mapping.

Hi there

This is UK WRX ECU pinout

http://www.brdevelopments.com/docs/M...0WRX%20ECU.pdf

AUS WRX is same like is JDM,both have AVCS

About the yours plan there, which AEM you are running?

Friend has run on his WRX AEM EMS few months back, but after he tried everything he went with Syvecs at the end due better support,,hopefully you will be OK

Yes best to start just tweak and after you will know better what are you doing you should be able to map and suit to yours needs

I would say put the project thread, some people will at least learn what is what and show them, mapping is not black magic and is possible to map yourself and agree with DIY should be fun and looking forward to yours thread
