De cat exhaust pictures
Hello all,
Been looking over my car again today, MY99 turbo 2000, only had it 2 weeks so im still a bit green with it, anyway while cleaning and checking oil etc,
noticed its got a few non standard bits on it and would like all you knowledgeable ones to have a look and confirm what ive got here.
Its a Roger Clark back section, (says so on the tail piece) to me looks like its decat ?
Noisey dump valve, its a Forge one, is this one a re circulating valve
And is it safe to say its making its noise because of this
Dont blame me for the fitting, i dont tend to use 2" bolts and insulation tape!
A picture speaks a thousand words,
Ive also just ordered a samco intercooler pipe and im in the process of getting a prodrive ecu, im hoping with the existing mods and the intercooler pipe this should run along quite nicely, although i am thinking of ditching the cone (HKS) and fitting standard airbox with good flowing panel filter, possibly getting a STi style front intake pipe.
Thoughts ?
