Default apexi boost controller

Bought a ra on Saturday and just taken out an apexi boost controller and a super airflow converter?? Are these worth anything or should I just ebay it?
Can anyone tell me what the airflow converter does?

Airflow converter is a fancy APEXi badged version of the ebay resistors that fool the car into dumping in extra petrol.

How old are those? My AVC-R looks nothing like that!

I reckon there quite old mate, I put everything back together tonight like intercooler induction kit, and I now have the engine light on, as you rev it the it doesn't drop back down it idle as quick as it should and also sounds really rough past 3,000 revs. Could this be something to do with taking the boost controller out, there were a few wires on this going to ecu with scotch locks.

i have the avc-d boost controller its just an earlier version of the avc-r but is the same style as yours. the buttons push click in and out and can be rotated to set for rpm based boost control and can also have a scramble boost switch as well. if you need any wiring help give me a shout as mine came with a manual printed in english.

No I have removed it mate, just connected the 2 black terminals together and read the code, 2 slow flashes then 3 fast ones.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's the mass air flow sensor?
Do these give problems a lot on the subaru??
