Default which turbo is kindest on gearbox?

hi im going to be getting a turbo upgrade for my v4 uk turbo 2000 but im a bit worried bout the gearbox and clutch going, mods will be 440cc inj, 3" turbo back zorst, k and n induction, new age uk300 intercooler, hrc fuel pump, autobahn y pipe, 3port, and ive narrowed the turbo down to either vf 23, 28, 34, 35, or td05 16g im hoping to achieve about 330bhp with an esl remap but which turbo will be the kindest on the clutch and gearbox and best value for money?

I would say its more the way you use it if you hammer any clutch or gearbox its gonna shorten the life of it

Stop worrying yourself mate over nothing,A driver can destroy both the clutch and the gearbox on the standard set up with no mods whatsoever depending on there driving style,it won't be a turbo upgrade that will destroy your transmission it will be your right footany of those turbos that you mentioned would be a nice upgrade over the TD04,I'm a VF35 guy myself as I like the midrange that they produce.SJ.

I had a td05 16g on my uk along with a gen exeedy clutch. Mapped to 1.5 bar doing 335bhp i have had no problems whatsover mechanically in neally 2 years so i wouldnt worry too much mate just respect it knowing your running more power and be a smooth driver. Ragging that drivetrain dont make u quicker anyway. As your worrying about things going wrong with iti before youve done it you sound loke the kinda person who respects his machinery anyway so dont worry too much and enjoy it like others have said a rubbish driver will destroy engines and boxes in minutes, but theres people who have run 400hp on standard uk engines and boxes for thousands of miles without anything going wrong.
