Anyone had a successful warranty claim for scratched front windows?

I'm having one processed by Quenbys at the moment - MY99 with warranty expiring next month.

Yes. My dealer replaced it under warranty. But two days later it came back. Took it back to the dealer and they polished the new glass and cleaned the runners and felt pad.

What I dont understand is why didn't they clean the inside prior installing the new window and find the cause of it. STUPID.

Then they turn around and say its wear and tear. But I did have a new window.

 

i had all 4 changed at my dealer with no problems
the scratches are coming back on the new windows now so
ill have to see if they will change them again

 

Yup I had the 2 fronts done last year, went in this week for the rear offside. It's a known problem so you shouldn't have any trouble.

They are also fitting a complete pedal unit as my clutch pedal keeps clicking and they can't fix it.
