ok, so 2nd gear went pop so found a known good replacement box, replaced it and new clutch at same time! refit, bled the clutch, fresh oil, but for some reason when went out in it, I soon realised the the clutch peddle wasn't coming back up as it should, some times I have to pull the peddle back up with my foot! also there is a horrible noise like a scraping noise coming from behind the speedo which I can also feel through the clutch peddle!

if it was ok before then sounds like soething hasnt been put back right so id check there first.
