Im building upto a remap/ecu change on my my99 turbo 2000, got a panel filter, 3inch decat downpipe and system and a walbro fuel pump in at the minute but want to do the cooler before the ecu gets sorted, not sure whether to go fmic or a bigger top mount, dont fancy moving battery/ cutting inner wings etc so any advice on top mounts or a decent fmic kit would be appreciated.

How much power you looking to aim for because if it is 280/300 then you don't really need to change the intercooler. If you are looking for 350-400 than a version 7/8/9 (bug/blob/hawk STi) intercooler is an ideal upgrade. Over 400 than a FMIC would be suitable.

i have a sti v8 tmic for sale which has been changed to fit a v5 if any good

Im aiming for roughly 280-300ish but my standard ones not looking the best and has some fairly harsh fin damage. How much for the v8 top mount? Will it fit v6? Cheers

if your still running a td04 then 280 will be max anything over that you will need a bigger turbo
