Sorry, 'HOW' do you fit a turbo boost gauge?

Does anyone out there know how to fit a 'Blitz' turbo boost gauge? I only have the gauge and the cover that came with it.

Try this, found it very useful when fitting my boost gauge

when i took them off....there where several electrics parts, i ripped off after i got pi55ed off with it..is that for the lights?
