Does anybody have this type of dump valve fitted to their Scooby?

Is this the Evo type. Had one of these on my Legacy turbo. Spring inside it broke after 13 months and warrenty was for 12. Right narked.

i've got one on my 97my, also had one on my fiesta.never had any problems with either
