Default Car not firing after flooding!

Hoping for some advise!

V2 wrx
My car got a little wet in a flash flood! Water to just below stereo height!

I have replaced the ECU.

have check the coils (later coil coverted) and seems to be spark. i can smell fuel!

And the intercooler piping is not fill of water!!

I have a new ESl installed with the previous map loaded. mafless tune.

I have no error codes and it seems to want to run but now no firing!!

Any other ideas?

Thanks

All the earths clean and free from rust with good contact to chassis? ( looking at the water side of things before stabbing at anything else lol )

Did any get into the engine? Remove the sparkplugs and check the pistons for sign of moisture.

I pulled the plugs out today, no sign of water in the engine. could smell fuel on the plugs.
Have check the Earth for the ECU on the manifold. All the main earth i could find seem ok!

I was thinking maybe the coil packs turned to hell after the water. Have a spare set arrive today so will try!!

All the connections under the bonnet been sprayed to get all the water out? Not crank sensor playing up? I.e low voltage, may not always throw a cell, it's just a thought as if your getting fuel to the rails then the ecu is powering up and the pump kicking in, also double check all the earth straps are tight and tidy, they may appear to be tidy in some cases but the integrity of the wire inside the insulation can often cause problems.

Is it coughing or just cranking? If the former try new plugs, if the latter check the crank sensor.
