v5/6 alcatek advice pls

Default v5/6 alcatek advice pls

just bought an alcatek ecu on here for my scoob. iv got the IAT switch but dont know what wires on the MAF to put them onto.
Is this all i need to do as i want to plug the ecu in just to see if the car will atleast tick over with it.

You don't even need the air temp sensor to find that out but it's pins 2 and 4 at the MAF for the air temp sensor. They are connected to a Black wire with a green stripe and a green wire.

cheers. my car cranks but wont fire at all with the alcatek plugged in, but runs no bother with my ecutek ecu. just wondered if needed the temp sensor to be hooked up as i cant find any info at all on the net.

Chances are the CAM/CRANK angle sensor settings are the wrong way round for your vehicle as JAP and UK vehicles are configured differently.
It's easily sorted by whoever is mapping it.
