Default Help with cutting a facelift classic front Bumper

Hi Folks need some help and advice on chopping my front bumper after I've just fitted the FMIC.

I've done a search for any how to guides,
The main one on here for fitting the fmic doesn't go into detail about cutting the front bumper and also it's a pre face lift bumper on the guide with out the number plate plastic

So please could anyone give me some advice and tips and if possible pics to show me

Kind regards Kelv

as billy says above have a fitted a few myself on classic and new age, and have always just put bumper in to place and mark and cut off a little at a time until you get it to where you want it nice and tight with only a small tidy gap.
the last time I only marked and cut off a few mm at a time so took around 7-8 cuts in total but makes sure you get a nice straight tidy line.

I watched Darren at DLM in Darlington do mine. It took him best part of two hours, the most of the plastic was cut using an air-powered saw, then shaped with an air-powered grinder.
If he fitted it, then took it off for more shaping once, he must have done it fifty times.
The result is neat and fits well round the i/c pipes too.
