seafoam vacuum hose?
hi does any one know which vacuum hose is best to use to seafoam your engine on a 98 uk turbo 2000? cheers
think the bpv hose is the best place but i dont know which hose it is?

I used it on my audi 1.8 turbo and it worked like a charm made it a lot more responsive and perked it right up felt like new . Have you ever used it? Whats yur beef with it?

Use one of the pipes that go straight to the manifold eg brake servo pipe, dump valve pipe etc. If you inject it into the turbo intake pipe (After the MAF) you could get some lurking in the intercooler which may cause misfire or cut out when you first drive the car afterwards.
I've never used Seafoam but seen it on YouTube, a bit like using Redex in the old days - loads of smoke! I've used Ecotec Powerboost with no adverse effect (difficult to say if I felt much benefit)
