Default Headstuds

Hi, looking for some technical minded people that can help me with some info on some head studs as I am looking to produce them.

Firstly material, I have been told that 11mm en16T can be taken up to 260,000 psi after machining and treating.
Is this the best or does anyone know better.

Can someone tell me the length of a head stud and the pitch for a 11mm one?

Also, what years are the 11mm ones used on and when does the 14mm come in or is that for a different engine i.e ej25

thanks chris

I think the 11mm will thread straight into the block on all ej engines but for the 14mm studs to fit the block and heads need to be machined.

Im not sure how far you could go but I have never heard of anyone using bigger than 14mm but hopefully one of the engine builders will be able to answer that for you
