Default Blanked off hose

Just realised I've got a hose blanked off. Anyone know where it should be going and why someone would have made this mod? See pic below

Thanks

From what i can make out from the photo, it looks like an outlet for a vacuum gauge . If a closer pic can be put up it would help more.

When I was at scooby clinic they blocked off that and a couple of other vac hoses as they said i didn't need them. They had all the bits to put it back together as it was so I don't know why they did it....but nothing to worry about I would suggest.

That's the pipe I'd run a gauge from if I had one, I'll get a close up later. Just curious where it should be going. Map sensor and Boost controller all appear to have the correct hoses in place. Very odd.

cars running fine and I know some mappers block off certain pipes. Also found the car's got a VF22 which isn't standard, the Sti came with a VF28 as best I can tell from research. Makes me wonder if its got a map if a few hoses have been modded and the turbo replaced. Can I tell with ECU explorer if the map is stock?
